Collaborative Law Section
Provides a forum for lawyers and other professionals who are interested in learning about the collaborative dispute resolution process and advancing their skills in the process. The goals of the Section are: (1) to promote the use of the collaborative process for resolving disputes in various areas of law, (2) to train lawyers and other professionals in the use of the process, (3) to educate the public as to the benefits of the process, and (4) to preserve the integrity of the collaborative dispute resolution process.

Ms. Bryan is President & CEO of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution. She leads an international non-profit coalition of corporate counsel, top law firms, judiciary and academics, dedicated to providing resources and information in commercial conflict prevention and dispute management.
