Attorneys volunteer to speak to students for one hour on one day during the week of September 20 - 24. The volunteer speakers will discuss the 2004 Law Day theme - "To Win Equality by Law: Brown vs. Board at 50." A training session for volunteers will take place on August 31 at noon at the Belo Mansion. Each volunteer will receive a 12-minute videotape to use as a teaching aid as well as a Brown vs. Board topic outline. To volunteer, please contact Allison Erwin at 214-220-7484.
